Return Policy

At Velquyn we want to make sure you are happy with what you buy from us. We sell health and beauty products. We want you to be completely satisfied. However because our products are personal and we send them out quickly we have a policy for returns and refunds.
1. You Have 7 Days to Return Something
We let you return something within 7 days of getting it. To return something it has to be in the condition as when you got it. This means it has to be unworn, unused with tags and in its packaging.
2. Some Things Cannot Be Returned
To keep our customers safe and healthy we cannot return items. These include:
* Skincare or beauty products that have been opened.
* Personal grooming tools that have been used like vacuums or epilators.
* Items that are marked as "Final Sale."
3. What Happens If Something Is Damaged
When you get your order please check it carefully. If something is wrong email us away at support.velquyn@gmail.com. This includes:
* If something is. Damaged.
* If you got the thing.
* If something like an LED mask or facial massager does not work when you get it.
We will look at the problem. Send you a new one or give you a full refund. You will not have to pay anything
4. How to Return Something
To return something email us at support.velquyn@gmail.com. If we say it is okay to return it we will tell you how and where to send it.
Note: You have to pay to send it to us unless it was damaged or wrong when you got it. If you send something back without asking us we cannot accept it.
5. Refunds
When we get your return we will check it. Let you know if we can give you a refund.
If we say yes you will get your money back within 5-7 business days. It will go back to the way you originally paid.
If you do not get your refund check your bank account. Call your credit card company. It might take a while for the refund to show up.
6. Cancelling an Order
We try to send out orders fast as we can. If you want to cancel an order you have to do it within 10 hours of placing the order. After that it might be too late because our partners might have already started working on it.
