SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Velquyn. We are dedicated to delivering your health and beauty
essentials as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute
our Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or
delivered on weekends or public holidays.
 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a seasonal sale),
shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for
delivery.
 In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via
email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Velquyn offers Standard Worldwide Shipping. Delivery timelines depend on your location
and the specific supplier fulfillment center.
Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearance procedures or
global logistics challenges.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your
package directly through our "Track My Order" page on the Velquyn website.
4. International Shipping & Customs


Velquyn ships to most countries globally. However, Velquyn is not responsible for any
customs and taxes applied to your order.
 All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs,
taxes, etc.).
 Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders
delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
5. Multiple Shipments


To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple products
may be shipped in separate packages. This is because we source our beauty tech and skincare

products from specialized fulfillment centers to ensure the highest quality. You will receive a
tracking number for each individual shipment.
6. Damages & Lost Packages


Velquyn is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
 If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged
goods.
 Contact our support team at support.velquynorg@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
with photos of the damage, and we will initiate a replacement or refund immediately.
7. Missing Items


If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it,
please check with your local post office and neighbors first. If the package is still missing after 2
business days of the "delivered" status, please contact us.
